How do I earn Pup Points?
You will earn 5 points for every dollar you spend with us. You can also earn points by taking the following actions:
- Follow us on Instagram
- Celebrate your dog's Gotcha Day
- Leave a product review
- Refer your friends
How do I earn Pup Points for following High Tail Hikes on Instagram?
If you already follow us on Instagram, thanks! And you can still earn Pup Points! First, make sure you're logged into the Instagram account you follow High Tail Hikes on (or want to follow us on!), and then when you log-in to your rewards account, go to "Ways to Earn" click the button for "Follow on Instagram". Our loyalty program will verify you're following and you'll receive 50 points in your account!
How do I know how many Pup Points I have?
Sign into your account and click the Rewards button in the bottom corner of your screen. Your Pup Points will be at the top of the pop up screen.
How do I earn points for leaving a review?
Just make sure you're logged into your High Tail Hikes account when you leave a review! You'll receive your Pup Points. It may take a little bit of time to process.
How do I refer a friend?
Get a code to refer your friend. They'll get a $10.00 off coupon, and when they redeem it you'll also receive a $10.00 coupon.
How do I use my Pup Points?
Every 100 Pup Points = $1.00 off your purchase. Get your discount code to use on your next order here.
How do I earn points for celebrating my dog's Gotcha Day?
You must enter your dog's Gotcha Day 2 months in advance in order to earn Pup Points on the big day!
