OutFox Field Guard

The OutFox® Field Guard is designed to protect dogs' eyes, ears, noses, and mouths from barbed grass seed entry. It can also help prevent scavenging and protect against insects.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Field Guard is NOT a muzzle and should never be used to prevent biting.

While the OutFox® Field Guard is highly effective in shielding against foxtail penetration on a dog's face, it is not entirely foolproof. As the product is constructed from mesh, there is a slight possibility that foxtail seeds cold penetrate. Please continue to inspect your dog after hiking or walking in foxtail prone areas. 

Check your OutFox after each use for foxtails that have gotten caught in the mesh or for holes in the mesh.
